green moly sketches 2 – bike exhibit
Sketching scavenger hunt at Portland Art Museum’s Bike exhibit with a friend. We challenged ourselves to draw five people and three bikes. Tricky to do quickly and standing up and without attracting the sketchee’s attention.
Wish I’d brought my camera – there were some truly awesome bikes there, these little scribbles do not do them justice.

Four-hour walk in the Northeast Portland sunshine. And Iron Man 3! That side was actually meant to have lots more ticket stubs from various festivals etc. this summer, but I’ve been too busy out doing stuff to draw them all.
Roller derby helmet painting – falcon dive
Woo, just finished painting my friend’s roller derby helmet! First time I’ve done something like this, the curved & groovy surface made this super challenging.
